Virtual Working – How Can We Help?

Home » News at LifeForward » Virtual Working – How Can We Help?

At LifeForward we have always been a virtual team. However, for many this is a new experience and is no doubt presenting both opportunities and challenges (see our article: Virtual Working and Self-Awareness).

We have been thinking about ways in which we can provide help and support during these unprecedented times. Our skill sets are around coaching and training, listening, questioning and raising self-awareness. We already provide online and telephone coaching and we are accelerating the development of our online training content.

But we would like to do more. We have decided to organise complimentary “Virtual Coffee” and “Chat & Connect” opportunities for anyone who needs a touch point during their work-from-home routine.

Virtual Coffee*

LifeForward coffee2

Please drop in for a complimentary virtual coffee*. We are organising virtual coffee spaces to break up the day and get together with others as a way to support everyone working from home. You are welcome to join for 5 minutes, 15 minutes or the whole 30 minutes. We would encourage everyone to give it a try, even if you are not that familiar with virtual technology.

We are using Zoom for now – check out their download page for instructions.  Contact us if you would like to join us for a coffee and chat and we’ll send you a link.

*Due to the limits of technology, please provide your own coffee!

Chat & Connect

Chat & Connect with the LifeForward Team. We are offering complimentary one-to-one 30-minute Chat & Connect sessions to help you settle into virtual working, to talk about how you are getting on, pick our brains, share your experience and think about how to maximise the benefits of working from home.

If you would like to meet online for a chat please drop Tessa an email to arrange a time.
