A brief history of LifeForward – Meet Sarah Reynolds & Team
Sarah Reynolds - LifeForward's founder
LifeForward was founded in 2015 by Sarah Reynolds, a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation and has a Certificate in Team Coaching with Team Coaching Studio (formerly Executive Coach Studio).
A qualified Chartered Accountant, practising as an International Tax Advisor in Europe, Asia and Africa, Sarah previously spent almost 20 years with Deloitte, during which she led the creation, development and implementation of key global talent and learning strategies, working with senior leadership executives. She has a wealth of hands-on business experience to draw on for her clients – including the challenges of international relocation and working within culturally diverse teams around the world.
Introducing the team
In January 2018, LifeForward began working with consultants Tessa Gatti and Dr Kevin Holmes.
Tessa Gatti brings her skills in PR and marketing to further strengthen our commercial focus. Before relocating to Winchester and setting up in a freelance capacity, Tessa spent over 20 years in London within the worlds of luxury hotels, public relations, own label soft drinks and reinsurance. Her experience includes copywriting and editing, marketing, media relations and a variety of board level PA roles.
Dr Kevin Holmes is a psychiatrist who also has a rich background in the areas of engineering, business and finance. After working in a variety of NHS roles, more recently he has trained within holistic therapies and brings to the team a depth of psychological knowledge and client-facing experience. His unique combination of health and commercial focus is helping to ensure our programmes and work are grounded and effective.
Today, LifeForward Ltd works with corporate and individual clients throughout the UK and Europe and, with its partner in Singapore, LifeForward Pte Ltd, provides services throughout Asia.
We find that our clients value our professional approach and the experience we bring to our executive coaching engagements. Without making assumptions about any individual client, this gives us insight and understanding of the world in which our clients work, the demands they are facing and the opportunities they have. This enables us to establish a rapport from the outset and understand how to address each individual client’s needs.
The programmes that we provide can be tailor-made to suit the requirements of a company’s current and future leaders, incorporating the strategic direction of the business and any organisational change needed.
